Terms of Service

1. The service

SpicyLink (spicylink.co.uk) provides a link-in-bio platform. We give you a page at spicylink.co.uk/username where you can display links to your content, social profiles, and other sites. SpicyLink is part of the SwingersWiki network.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use SpicyLink. By registering, you confirm you are at least 18. We reserve the right to require age verification at any time.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
  • You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without permission
  • One account per person — multiple accounts may be suspended
  • You must provide a valid email address and keep it up to date

4. Acceptable use

You may use SpicyLink to share links to lawful content. You must not use SpicyLink to:

  • Link to illegal content of any kind, including content that is illegal in the United Kingdom
  • Link to content involving minors in a sexual context — zero tolerance, immediate ban and report to authorities
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or phishing pages
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
  • Spam other users or engage in unsolicited promotion
  • Circumvent bans or create accounts after being suspended
  • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service

5. Adult content

SpicyLink permits links to adult content platforms (e.g. OnlyFans, Fansly) provided the content is legal and all individuals depicted are adults. You must not link to non-consensual intimate imagery, content involving minors, or anything illegal under UK law.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of your profile content (name, bio, links). By using SpicyLink you grant us a licence to display that content on your public profile page. We may remove content that violates these terms without notice.

7. Account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion. We will generally notify you by email unless the violation is severe (e.g. illegal content).

8. Advertisements

Free accounts may have advertisements displayed at the bottom of their profile page. Premium and Sponsor accounts are ad-free. Ad content is served by third parties and we are not responsible for the content of those ads.

9. Availability

We aim to keep SpicyLink running reliably but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.

10. Limitation of liability

SpicyLink is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and limit our liability to the maximum extent permitted under UK law. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
